Overall it was spotless and well-appointed with individual temperature control.

Easy and free parking. Close access to the center of Biarritz, close to the airport (shuttle available) and close to the motorway. Good buffet breakfast.

I didn't like the fact that birds were flying above the breakfast buffet. The personnel told me they couln't do anything. Towels in the room were sometimes black from dirt.

Strange policy concerning "2 children up to 16 could stay free in parents room". We booked a four bed room and want to put in one children under 16. ",-No thats one person too, and you will be five in the room and thats not alowed... Nthe The Novotel rooms are normaly with 2 beds + an unfolding sofabed so fellow trawellers - why not try pestering the staff by just book a dubble instead...

Really helpful staff during our stay. A very very nice area, amazing and particularly good location adjacent to golf course, the restaurant for lunch and airport. For tea or coffee visit Patisserie Pommiers nearby.

The hotel is conveniently located, being close to both the airport and the beautiful Basque coast. Guests can easily explore the center on foot or by taking a short taxi ride. The breakfast provided at the hotel is excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

Some guests mentioned that the pool and other amenities were under renovation during their stay.

Position is good and convenient for the main road through. The rooms are fine as one would expect from this chain.

We were a group of 6 and reserved a table for dinner. The service was terrible, we had to grab a waiter to take our order, nothing arrived at the same time.On one meal the salad was missing and arrived after the rest had been eaten. One meal never arrived until we kept asking for it. It was supposed to be a club sandwich with salad and fries. It was a disgusting attempt at a toasted sandwich and did not resemble any club sandwich we had seen before. None of the main courses inspired us to return. We complained and after much discussion were not charged. This was the first night of a holiday and therefore was not a great way to start. There was a large coach party staying and the hotel was totally unprepared.

The location in a local area was stunning and good. I think the hotel was nice and perfectly fine, would stay here again and again.

We loved the comfortable beds and spacious rooms, perfect for our family with kids. The on-site parking was convenient and the breakfast was delicious. The staff, especially Florine and Martin, were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was special.

We felt so welcome, no complaints whatsoever.

The room was large but a little tired. The bed large but very hard mattress, the staff were very friendly and efficient with a smile on their faces. Breakfast was lovely.

The hard mattress was uncomfortable to sleep on. The bathroom was very basic but at least it had a full size bath.
